其實，在這一篇文章中（阿修的部落格），已經說明了其中我想介紹的兩個方法。

用Windows Media Player 10，播放mpg, avi類影片檔，播到想抓圖的地方時，按Ctrl + I，就會彈出一個存檔視窗，把擷取的圖片存在電腦中。

無聊擷取下來的一些圖，嗯。用這一個方法就是比較快，不用去在介面中cut圖片部份，是比較準確的方法。

第二個方法就是看同一篇的回應了。

把media player的工具->選項->效能內,
點選視訊加速的進階,將使用重疊的選項取消,
就可以直接用print screen抓取了…

這一個方法，對我來說就是令播放影片的順暢度減低了，和有一種不便，就是要貼了一個抓圖先，才繼續print screen下去，加上，要靠自己的能力，在整個print screen圖中cut要用的部份，你可以說這一個方法比較慢與相比第一個附在Windows Media Player 10中的功能就比較差了。

對著wmv檔還是沒有辦法，和要追求連續地去擷取的話，那就要安裝一些取圖軟件來滿足這方面的需求了。

說完Windows Media Player 10，這兒就貼一貼RealPlayer取圖方法吧。
又是在網上看到的一個方法：

To turn off the optimized video option:
1. Open RealPlayer and click the Tools menu, then Preferences.
2. In the Category panel, click Hardware.
3. In the Video Card Compatibility section, move the slider all the way to the left to Most reliable, which disables optimized video and overlays.
4. Click OK.
5. Restart RealPlayer.

To take the screen shot:
1. Click the RealPlayer window once to make sure it is the active window on your screen.
2. Press and hold the ALT key, and then press the PRINT SCREEN (PrtScn) key. Release both keys.
3. Open the program you want to paste the screen shot into.
4. Right-click inside the document and choose Paste from the menu that appears. This pastes the screen shot into the document.

對不起，我懶惰，不想再搞過堆文字。

無聊擷取下來的一些圖，順便做了這方面的測試，嗯。
對於一些只是得realplayer開到的檔案，好像是ram等用realplayer開比較好的檔案類型，就可以用這一種方法來擷取圖片了。
