A postcard from the Netherlands showing a sea of yellow tulips! Tulip is the national flower of the Netherlands. Tulip has a great association with tulip. According to wikipedia, this country produces as many as 3 billion bulbs annually. And the official year that tulip introduced to this country is 1594.
The stamp about windmill has been introduced before. And the other stamp was released in 2012, from the series called “Netherlands in the Atlas “. There are ten stamps from the series. And a whole picture of the Netherlands’ map would be seen if we place all stamps together. The words from next to the stamps briefly says:
since the 80’s , planning is a constant theme in the atlas, with pen subdivided as urban networks, spatial structure as main parts, also the Green Heart (The Groene Hart – English: Green Heart is a relatively thinly populated area in the Dutch Randstad. ) is mapped
The air mail sticker is so beautiful! Thanks Barbara from the Netherlands!

A postcard from the Great Britain. I guess you already know what this postcard is about when you see the picture!
Let me talk more about the stamp then. Apart from the classical British definitive stamp, showing the head of Queen Elizabeth II, the other stamp was released in 2013. It is one of stamps of the series, showing different portraits of Queen Elizabeth II. The stamps were released in order to celebrate the 60th anniversary of her coronation.

National Theater in Taipei, Taiwan. The building was completed in 1987, and it is next to the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. With the National Concert Hall, they are two of the first major modern performing arts facilities to be established in Asia. The building recalls traditional elements of Chinese palace architecture, especially the buildings at the Forbidden City in Beijing, China.

This postcard shows Nanhu (南湖) in Hongcun Village (宏村, 黟縣). This place is famous for its historical village buildings. And the place is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The stamp was released in 2002, from a series of Ceramics from 汝窯, a famous ceramics factory in Ruzhou in Song Dynasty. Since the factory lasted very short and it was destroyed in wars, therefore the ceramics from that factory are very precious.

A postcard from Beijing, China, showing a boat made of stone (清晏舫). It is one of the spot in Summer Palace(頤和園), which is a spot listed as World Heritage. The boat like structure is 96 meters long. And here are some stamps from China.
The first three stamps are about protecting different nature resources, such as water resources, forests, and different mine resources. The other three are about birds found in China. The 1.2 dollar one shows 褐頭鳳鶥, a species found in Taiwan only. The 0.4 dollar one shows 綠尾虹雉, which is a bird only found in China, especially the south western part of China. The 1 dollar one shows 白尾地鴉, which is a bird only found in western part of China.
