雖然現今很多辦公室內的每一座電話旁都會放置一些便條紙，去方便人及時抄下任何的東西。但是這一些的便條紙在不知不覺之間很快就會消失，要用上的時候就會倍覺麻煩。Arthur Se這一個簡單的設計，就是把便條紙與電話融合起來，電話按鍵放在便條紙中間，聽筒放在旁邊，這樣下次就不會再花時間找便條紙了。
