A postcard with beautiful painting from Poland. The name of the work is called Palace of culture with baloons (I guess the painter wants to call it balloon instead of baloons?)by Grzegorz Chudy.
The stamp was released in 1996. It is from the series : Signs of the Zodiac. This one shows Capricorn, which means wild goat.
