Postcrossing #17
A postcard from Mexico. It takes 43 days to travel to Hong Kong. Ar ha, seems the postcard is not quite special, so I skipped scanning the postcard and put it here. The stamp is quite special though. The stamp is released in Mexico and Indonesia, in order to commemorate the 60th anniversary of Indonesia-Mexico diplomatic relations. The document establishing the two countries’ relationship was signed in Washington DC on 6 April 1953. Both the Indonesian and Mexican stamp are printed with animals symbolizing the respective countries. This one shows a Mexican Jaguar (美洲豹). And the Indonesian one shows a Clouded Leopard(雲豹).
